No (Columbia, SC branch), Bella Clinical Care welcomes walk-in patients without the need for an appointment. However, scheduling an appointment in advance can help minimize your wait time.
Yes (Augusta, GA branch), our Augusta location is currently by appointments only
Effective immediately, our policy includes a fee for missed appointments, commonly referred to as "No Shows." A No Show is when a patient does not attend their scheduled appointment without prior notice.
What are the No Show fees?
$25 for No Show on Follow-Up Visits
$50 for No Show on New Patient Visits
How can I avoid a No Show fee?
To avoid being charged a No Show fee, please cancel or reschedule your appointment at least 24 hours before the scheduled time.
Bella Clinical Care has two locations for your convenience. For our Columbia, SC and Augusta, GA locations, we are temporarily closed until further notice.
We accept most major insurance plans, including BlueCross BlueShield, Medicaid, and Medicare. You can also pay out-of-pocket for services.

If you are experiencing a life-threatening injury or illness, please call 911 immediately or head straight to the emergency room. Bella Clinical Care provides shorter wait times, lower costs, and more personalized care for other medical events.
