We do not accept walk-ins at this time. All visits are by appointment only. We accept most major insurance plans and also welcome cash payments. Please contact us to confirm your coverage or discuss payment options.

Effective immediately, our policy includes a fee for missed appointments, commonly referred to as "No Shows." A No Show is when a patient does not attend their scheduled appointment without prior notice.

What are the No Show fees?

• $25 for No Show on Follow-Up Visits

• $50 for No Show on New Patient Visits

How can I avoid a No Show fee?

To avoid being charged a No Show fee, please cancel or reschedule your appointment at least 24 hours before the scheduled time.

Many insurance plans require their members to contribute to their healthcare costs with an out-of-pocket payment called a co-pay. All co-payments are collected at the time of service. If you do not have health insurance, a deposit of $125 will be collected at check-in. Payment can be made with cash, personal check, MasterCard or Visa.
