Do I need an appointment to be seen at Bella Clinical Care?

Yes (Columbia, SC branch), our Columbia location is currently by appointments only

Yes (Augusta, GA branch), our Augusta location is currently by appointments only

No Show Fees Policy

Effective immediately, our policy includes a fee for missed appointments, commonly referred to as "No Shows." A No Show is when a patient does not attend their scheduled appointment without prior notice.

What are the No Show fees?

  • $25 for No Show on Follow-Up Visits

  • $50 for No Show on New Patient Visits

How can I avoid a No Show fee?

To avoid being charged a No Show fee, please cancel or reschedule your appointment at least 24 hours before the scheduled time.

What are the hours of operation at Bella Clinical Care?

Bella Clinical Care has two locations for your convenience. For our Columbia, SC and Augusta, GA locations, we are open by appointment only.

What insurance plans does Bella Clinical Care accepts?

We accept most major insurance plans, including BlueCross BlueShield, Medicaid, and Medicare. You can also pay out-of-pocket for services.

Can Bella Clinical Care provide medical care for children?

Yes, Bella Clinical Care provides medical care for patients of all ages, including children and teens.

How does urgent care compare to the emergency room?

If you are experiencing a life-threatening injury or illness, please call 911 immediately or head straight to the emergency room. Bella Clinical Care provides shorter wait times, lower costs, and more personalized care for other medical events.

What does Bella Clinical Care treat?

Bumps, bruises, coughs, colds—you name it, we treat it. Bella Clinical Care offers a full spectrum of non-life-threatening illnesses, injuries, and basic healthcare services. Our experienced providers see patients of all ages with minor to moderate medical needs.
